Familiar Faces

Our professional team members are assigned by neighborhood to provide consistency and familiarity for you and your dog. You’ll be able to get to know your walker with a meet-and-greet at your home before services start and discuss any quirks or behavioral notes about your pets.

Occasionally we have other walkers cover each other’s schedules, so if your dog is iffy around new people we will take extra care to make sure only those they have met before and are comfortable with are assigned to your services. Over time, your pet is likely to meet a handful of our team members, if not all! Learn more about our team here.

Back Up Support

Unlike Wag or Rover, our team is outfitted with two managers to help with any emergencies or troubleshooting that may happen during the day. That means if a walker has car trouble, an alarm is set off accidentally, or a dog seems to be having medical issues, there are multiple people ready to step in and assist. It also allows us to be fast and reliable when it comes to communication!

Easy Scheduling

All of our scheduling is done through Time to Pet, an easy-to-use app! We allow clients to schedule months in advance or week-to-week, and we even do our best to accommodate last-minute needs.
